Tune In Tuesday.....Soundtrack Edition

Tune in Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by Ginger over at GReads! to help spotlight the music we're listening to. The theme for the month of October is Soundtracks!

I'M LATE.....I'M LATE!!

I know it's not Tuesday.....I had two posts scheduled for yesterday and for some reason my Tune in Tuesday didn't post. So better late than never I guess.

My soundtrack pick for this week is Sucker Punch: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack

I havent seen the movie yet (and from what I've heard I'm thinking I never should) but I love the creepy cool soundtrack. I'm a big fan of covers and this sound track has quite a few plus a mash-up of Queens I Want It All.

Enjoy!

Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This) - Emily Browning

White Rabbit - Emiliana Torrini

I Want It All / We Will Rock You (Mash-Up) Queen (feat. Armageddon)

  2. I know right? It is creepy cool I loooove it, every single song and that usually never happens with movies soundtracks.
And about the movie, I think it was OK every important scene was complete with one of the songs so I think that was really cool but the idea in general, I'm not sure.
I'm big fan of covers too (not always, but sometimes covers are better than the original song. IMO.)

I'm telling you, we are twins!! haha

  4. Ah, Emily's version of Sweet Dreams actually sounds like a re-do of the Marilyn Manson cover--their takes on the song are very similar. My favorite version of Sweet Dreams is the mashup of the original by Eurythmics with verses of "Without Me" by Eminem.
