BDB #10? For reals, you're gonna read it? Tell me how many brand names she drops in this one!
ReplyDeleteThe Hallowed Ones looks intersting. :-)
I haven't read the last few but I will be sure to keep you apprised of any new slang....verily....my female of worth.
DeleteSplurging is always nice ;)
ReplyDeleteoh the hallowed ones. That one sounds good. I have yet to read that BDB book.
ReplyDeleteI've heard great things about the Hallowed Ones. I'm gonna have to check it out.
ReplyDeleteI've also heard All the Broken Pieces is good hehe but yeah - I'm really looking forward to the Hallowed Ones. It looks so creepy.
DeleteHmmmmmmmm I wonder if I can use that reason for work tomorrow....
ReplyDeleteI LOVED Dead of Night - Jonathan Maberry is one of my favourite zombie authors, and this one has the added bonus of a flawed female heroine - pretty unusual in the genre, and very well done in this book. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did :-D
My husband is a huge zombie fan and Mayberry is one of his favorite authors. This one looked good to both of us so we'll take turns reading :-)
DeleteI'm really excited about All the Broken Pieces. And I just got Sugar Rush, too. It sounds like such a fun story. Hope you have a great week!
ReplyDeleteI love staying up late and reading. I think I need that saying on a t-shirt. Oooh another JM book. *goes to look it up*
ReplyDeleteAfter reading Maberry's book I realized I need to read more of his writing. The fact that it's about zombies didn't hurt either!
