Book Blogger Confessions is a meme that posts the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month, where book bloggers "confess" and vent about topics that are unique to us. Feel free to share, vent and offer solutions.
Just keep it respectful - no bashing authors or other bloggers! If you want to participate just grab our button and include it in your post with a link to either Midnyte Reader or For What It's Worth. We will be providing a linky at the end of our posts so people can "hop" to see all the participants answers.

The absolute best thing about blogging is the friends I’ve made! I have a few that have gone well beyond the blog buddy stage and have become very good personal friends. So a shout out to…..
Lena – Addicted 2 Novels, Julie – My 5 Monkey’s, Tori – The Book Faery, Pam – Midnyte Reader, Kimberly – Living FIcticiously. ~ Thank you ladies! You have been a incredible source of strength & support to me last year (it’s been a rough one) and I can’t thank you all enough for being such amazing friends.
A few of my favorite blogs that I visit on an almost daily basis:
YA Romantics – Jen is a great person and awesome, supportive blogger. I’ve come to rely on her reviews whenever selecting my next YA purchase.
In the Hammock Book Reviews – Carrie and I started blogging around the same time and her historical romance reviews convinced me to give this genre that I hadn’t really enjoyed another shot. She knows just what ones will work for me and hasn’t led me astray yet with one of her recommendations. She’s also incredibly nice and a trusted blogger friend.
Novel Sounds – I love music so when I found a blog that paired book reviews with a soundtrack I was already sold but this is a top notch blog with a great design and honest, well written reviews.
Brooke Reports – BROOKE! I love Brooke and you will too! Go check our her adorable new blog design.
The Bookish Babe – Andrea is enthusiastic about promoting books and authors she loves and it’s contagious (in a good way!) and she could not be a nicer person.
Authors:
Jeri Smtih-Ready – I started this blog because of my love for her books so she holds a special place of honor here at For What It’s Worth. Jeri is an amazing author, a great friend and an inspiration to me. <3 her
Ann Aguirre – She is just an incredible writer. Her characters really get to me in a way that few others do. She also is the best book recommender ever! I don’t care what genre your looking for she’s got an excellent recommendation. She says “buy it” and I do.
Cindi Madsen & Nyrae Dawn – I have talked to these two authors on twitter long before they were authors lol They are both great people to chat books with and now that they both are published I can also say that their books are fantastic.
One more Book Blogger Confession: I’ve had a lot of things going on the past few weeks in my personal life so in my haste to get this post ready I’m sure I’m missing someone vitally important to my life and blog well being....lol If so – I’m sorry…..& thank you!

February 18th - How has blogging and reviewing changed your reading habits? Do you read a genre now that you wouldn't have tried prior? Or have you been turned off by a genre you used to love?More upcoming topics!
