Workouts were good and on target with my goals but I ate lots of bad stuff like pizza and cheesecake (The Cheesecake Factory) & P.F. Changs.
Oh well – we’re all entitled to a few lapses in judgment. lol
Oh man, so hard to resist some cheesecake factory
ReplyDeleteIt's impossible! We only get it a few times a year too.
Deletecheers you on and it's okay to have a bad days of eating :)
ReplyDeleteI regret nothing! lol
DeleteMmmmm pizza! It's ok, you got a lot of cardio in!! You're doing awesome!
ReplyDeleteIt was delicious and I've wanted pizza for WEEKS. Balance is the key - so you can indulge int hose cravings.
DeleteNice job! I really do need to try and eat better. I have a dance class once a week, but I need to be a bit more active.
ReplyDeleteI eat well about 80% of the time. Mainly because I actually enjoy healthy foods more. I kind of lost my sweet tooth but I do have certain must haves - like Cheesecake factory or cupcakes or anything when I'm in NYC!
DeleteYeah..I eat a lot of bad things, bad me, but I am a sugar addict!
ReplyDeletelol But you're working out now so you're counteracting the sugar.
DeleteI think I would have compensated for all these workouts too, Karen! LOL
ReplyDeleteExactly! Life's too short not to have cheesecake! lol
DeleteNice job on the workouts! And who cares about a lapse in the diet side of things? You earned it! :)

Gotta have a treat once in awhile!
DeleteI'm happy with the glance of the workouts this week. I haven't been making time for my stretching/yoga.
ReplyDeleteThis is a brilliant idea! While I don't feel comfortable sharing my fitness goals and achievements, I can see how it helps motivate. Great job :)

Fantastic job and I love how you have broken up your routine
ReplyDeleteAwesome job! I'll have to look into ballet cardio. I love trying out new things! At Cheesecake Factory I share a slice of cheesecake with someone. You can tell your server that you want to share the cheesecake, and they will split it and bring it out on two plates for you. I don't feel so guilty when I do this. :)
