Happy Thanksgiving!! A holiday tradition that I really enjoy is opening up gifts on Christmas Eve after going out to get something to eat. It's fun and relaxing. I don't know what we'll do for food this year though because I have my niece and nephew and you can't take them anywhere too nice! haha

Happy Thanksgiving! My favorite tradition is Christmas Eve soup night. We get together with our extended family and family friends just to talk and be with each other on Christmas Eve. We make 5-6 big pots of soup and fresh bread and have a potluck of desserts. It's one of my all-time favorite things. :)

Every year we make a day of finding our ornaments for the year. We all pick out one ornament. Both kids have a box with just theirs in it from all the years before and when they move out they will take them for their tree.
ReplyDeleteWrapping presents with my daughters and watching Harry Potter while we do it. Oh and snacking on junk food.
ReplyDeleteDepends on the holiday! For Thanksgiving, my family makes bacon and eggs and orange juice, as a Thanksgiving breakfast (and Black Friday too - not that we shop on Black Friday). We usually do the same with Christmas. :)

ReplyDeleteAnywho, IT'S OFFICIALLY TIME FOR CHRISTMAS! Hubs and I just put the tree up. We realized that we didn't buy an ornament for 2015 so we've got to amend that soon! I think that's my favorite tradition, buying an ornament. It started when we got engaged back in 2012 (twas November 30 so we bought an ornament to remember the event). Although most of our ornaments have been disney related since then. :p
