Ha ha I feel your pain. I have the rest of the month planned out but next month and October? Crickets. Nothing. I'm trying not to panic about it though.
ReplyDeleteI'm a pantser anyway so I'm not worried about it but I usually have *something* in mind but nope - not this time lol
DeleteI love your random posts so keep it coming. Anyway, I'm not a cover loving girl but Ivy Aberdeen's Letter to The World cover is gorgeous. I love the colors. :)
ReplyDeleteOh good because I think I'm going to do a post about roasting mushrooms so that's pretty darn random! lol
DeleteOh man my reading has slowed down this summer! I might have randomness to post too. I love Ivy Aberdeen’s Letter tot he World cover. Super cute. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI was reading about 20 books per month so I guess I'm due for a slowdown lol
DeleteI enjoy randomness! lol. I'm a big sucker for a great book cover. I hadn't heard of any of this but I do love their covers. Hope you have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI'm really loving how covers are being bold and not adhering to trends right now.
Delete*prepares for randomness* I absolutely love the cover for The Black Tides of Heaven! The cover illustration is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteI know! It would make a beautiful poster.
DeleteThe last one looks beautiful. I dunno why but it kind of reminds me of high school
ReplyDeleteYes, I'm ready for fall now. Summer has definitely been hot stuff.
ReplyDeleteCool cover finds. I love the swirling one that reminds me of a 60's motif.
Random is good too :)
ReplyDeleteAs for the covers, meh
Really??? What kind of covers do you like?
DeleteI've read more this summer than I have in a long while. I haven't read any of these books though.
ReplyDeleteWe've swapped! lol
DeleteLetters to a Prisoner looks interesting. All of these books are new to me. :)

I hadn't heard of them either but most of them sound good as well as having pretty covers.
DeleteThe Black Tides of Heaven caught my attention
ReplyDeleteMe too. I just LOVE it.
DeleteWell, I always like red, black, and white covers, so... I like that one lol. And I love all the bright colors in the last one! And Black Tides is just really pretty.
ReplyDeleteThat's my favorite combo too!
DeleteMy reading has slowed WAY down lol- I'm just between good reads aka book slump! I like Letters To A Prisoner- that one's different- and The Black Tides of Heaven and Ivy Aberdeen are nice ones too.
ReplyDeleteI like how the covers are getting brighter and more artistic again.
DeleteRandom posts are the best! I'm gearing up for some Halloween reading and, honestly, can't wait for the cold weather to start creeping in so I'll have an excuse to huddle down and read.
ReplyDeleteI have a lot of creepy books and I hope my rebellious reading brain doesn't sabotage me in October! lol
DeleteOh the Black Tides of Heaven is the most interesting cover to me since it is reminiscent of the silk paintings in China.
ReplyDeleteAw, my reading average has so sucked this month too.
It's so beautiful isn't it??!!
DeleteIt's vibrant yet tranquil.
I have given myself permission to have a break but I can feel all those September books breathing down my neck! Trying to ignore it.....
ReplyDeleteJen Ryland
I've only had one or two arc's for months now but for September there are...many. *cue panic*
Deleteuh-huh! I hear you I'm in such a blogging slump now in the summer! I love covers posts! my favorite from your list is The Black Tides of Heaven :)
